Work Experience
Ms. WANG is one of the founding members of YOULINK Intellectual Property Law Firm. She qualified as a patent attorney in 2008. After graduating from the university in 1995, she began to work as a research engineer at Northeast China Electric Power Research Institute for 5 years where she gained extensive industrial experience. She also performed research at Ontario Information Technology Co., in Toronto, Canada for a year and a half where she was involved in developing new information technology. In early 2004, she began her patent profession at Kangxin Partners. Since then, she has successfully processed a large number of patent applications for foreign and domestic clients in a variety of technical fields, including electronics, telecommunication, computer hardware and software, as well as semiconductor fabrication and devices. Her represented clients include Huawei Technologies, ZTE Corporation, UFIDA Software Co., and Oracle Corporation. Her profound technical knowledge, combined with good understanding of IP law allows her to provide comprehensive and strategic advice to her clients.
